I have a set of six David Sawyer traditional American Windsor style chairs for sale. The chairs I have were made by David, who passed away in 2022. I first encountered his work in the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. Fortunately the tradition continues with his son George who grew up in his dad’s shop. These chairs are widely admired as seen in many articles about them. I have 2 continuous arm chairs and 4 balloon back side chairs. The finish on my chairs is black over red.
